We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Professional with 2+ years of experience to drive customer acquisition, manage client relationships, and handle inbound/outbound calls for our XYZ B2B eCommerce platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and support calls professionally
• Execute B2B marketing campaigns and lead generation strategies
• Develop marketing collateral and content for the B2B platform
• Manage customer relationships and nurture leads through sales pipeline
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Support product positioning and messaging strategy
• Coordinate with sales and product teams for customer feedback
• Track marketing metrics and report on campaign performance

Required Experience & Skills

• 2+ years in B2B marketing or related customer-facing role
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Experience with lead generation and customer relationship management (CRM)
• Familiarity with email marketing, social media, and digital marketing
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple priorities
